拡張されたクロック

Clockクラスが用意されています。現在は1秒ごとに時刻を表示します。

precisionパラメータである、ms単位の「ティック」間隔を追加するExtendedClockという新しいクラスを作成します。デフォルトでは1000（1秒）である必要があります。

コードはextended-clock.jsファイルに記述してください。
元のclock.jsは修正しないでください。拡張してください。
